4. BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

4.1. Bookings

Appointments can be made online via a form or booking system. Monster Ink reserves the right to request a deposit to confirm certain appointments.

4.2. Cancellations

Appointments may be modified or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded unless a justified reason is provided.

4.3. Refunds

Refunds are not accepted for services already rendered.

For products purchased online, returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or does not match the order, and must be made within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
