REFUND POLICY

At Monster Ink, we work hard to offer high-quality services and products. Below we explain our return and refund conditions, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
1. SERVICES (TATTOOS AND PIERCINGS)
Once the service has been performed (tattoo, piercing, or others), returns or refunds are not accepted, as these are personalized artistic works.
If the client does not attend their appointment without prior notice of at least 24 hours, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded, unless there is a justified and documented reason.
In the event of cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment may be rescheduled, or the deposit refunded, depending on the agreement with the professional.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (ONLINE STORE)
We only accept returns of physical products in the following cases:
  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product received does not match the order.
2.1. Conditions for return:
  • Must be requested within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
2.2. Procedure:
  • Contact us at monsterinkbenidorm@gmail.com, indicating the order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
  • Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
2.3. Refund:
  • Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
3. EXCEPTIONS
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Personal hygiene products or unsealed piercing materials.
  • Personalized services already performed (tattoos, designs, etc.).
  • Products that have been tampered with or used.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ONLINE PURCHASES)
In accordance with European legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that it is not a service already performed or a personalized product.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing at monsterinkbenidorm@gmail.com before the legal period ends.
